Cider-Brined Smoked Turkey

Our Turkeys are loved with Luella's signature brine recipe; made from apple cider, orange juice, molasses, herbs and spices and then slow cooked for 5 hours. The turkeys are fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit and can be picked up cold with reheat instructions, or hot and ready to serve. Our turkeys are American Humane Certified and are raised with no antibiotics, steroids or hormones EVER! These delicious birds weigh approximately eleven pounds after being cooked and will feed twelve to fourteen very happy guests!
