Cider-Brined Smoked Turkey
Our Turkeys are loved with Luella's signature brine recipe; made from McConnell Farms Apple Cider, orange juice, molasses, herbs, and spices and then slow-cooked for 5 hours. The turkeys are fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit and can be picked up cold with reheat instructions, or hot and ready to serve.
These delicious birds weigh approximately eleven pounds after being cooked and will feed twelve to fourteen very happy guests!
